Business casual
Pants / Skirts dress:
Women can wear casual pants or skirts. Both shouldn’t be tight. The fabric should be crisp; colors should generally be monochrome; Navy blue, black, gray, brown, and khaki are always safe bets. For a more professional appearance, pants should be hemmed and tailored; still, end of dense or liquid. If you are in a conservative industry and doubt, watch one of the well-dressed women in your industry at work, at trade shows, in briefings, or consult one of your professional advisers.
Skirt length and slits:
Your skirt should reach at least to your knees when standing. Your thighs should be covered when you sit. If the skirt falls just below the knee, a cut just above the knee may be acceptable. A very long skirt should not be cut above the knee. Slits in the center of the back of a skirt are generally good to make climbing stairs easier. The slots for easy leg visibility are not required for business purposes. The receipts must not be visible.
Shirt/sweater dress:
In addition to bespoke shirts or blouses, bespoke knitted sweaters and sweater sets are business options for women. Cotton, silk, and blends are suitable. Party-ready velvets and sparkling televisions are not relevant. The fit shouldn’t be too tight. The division is not ideal for business and job search opportunities.
